Ambitions Personnel is seeking an HR Administrator/Adviser for a manufacturing business in the Melton Mowbray area. You will provide hands-on HR support across production and operations, handling employee relations, investigations and disciplinary matters. Expect involvement in recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle HR administration.

The role offers training, a three-year progression pathway, and CIPD development support, with a strong focus on employee wellbeing and a positive culture.

Formación

• Experience in HR administration or advisory role.
• Understanding of employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and manage confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Support and manage employee relations cases (conduct, capability, disciplinary).
• Investigate workplace concerns and prepare case documentation.
• Assist with disciplinary meetings and communicate outcomes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle administration.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records.
• Contribute to HR projects on engagement, wellbeing and learning.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
