Opus People Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager for a 3-month, on-site assignment in the public sector. You will lead housing teams, drive improvements, and ensure strong resident outcomes across tenancy management, income collection, and estate services.

The role requires senior-level housing management experience, CIH credentials or willingness to pursue accreditation, and a data-driven approach to performance.

• A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• CIH membership or willingness to work towards accreditation.
• Significant senior-level experience in housing management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of housing legislation and consumer standards.
• A data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making.
