Caring in Bristol is seeking a Housing Rights Support Manager to lead the Early Doors program, delivering housing rights support, one-to-one guidance, and group sessions for adults facing housing insecurity in Bristol.

The role combines caseload management with line management responsibilities, ensuring safeguarding and collaboration with partners to provide accessible, person-led housing advice and support services.

Qualificações

• Lead a team and line-manage staff providing housing rights support and drop-in services.
• Manage a caseload of adults experiencing housing insecurity and deliver targeted 1:1 support.
• Coordinate the Housing Advice Drop-in service with colleagues and partners.
• Provide advocacy and practical support to help people access housing options and pathways.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Early Doors Housing Rights Support Worker service with structure and oversight.
• Hold and manage a caseload delivering 1:1 support to improve knowledge of housing rights.
• Line manage the Housing Rights Support Worker with supervision and casework oversight.
• Coordinate the smooth running of the Housing Advice Drop-in service with internal teams and external partners.
• Work with Housing Matters and other agencies to ensure effective referrals and information sharing.
• Provide safeguarding within the service and escalate concerns per policy.
• Support development and delivery of group sessions and outreach to share housing rights information.
• Contribute to strategic aims of adult services and evaluate impact and reach.
