Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a part-time Facilities Coordinator to provide a focused management service to residents in our Over 55 housing schemes in Orpington. You will manage access for residents, contractors and visitors, act as key-holder, and ensure security of communal areas and facilities.

As the first point of contact, you will communicate effectively with residents and internal teams, be flexible, calm under pressure, and deliver high-quality services while coordinating workload

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or building management is preferred.
• Good IT skills across a range of systems to support operating processes.
• Working knowledge of housing schemes and residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage access for residents, contractors and visitors to the buildings.
• Act as a key-holder to ensure security of communal areas and facilities.
• Be the first point of contact for residents and coordinate with internal teams to deliver services.
• Travel across the region as required.
• Split role: 20 hours at Diamond Court and 7 hours at Kemsley Court.
• Work flexibly and calmly under pressure to meet residents' needs.
