Job summary

Church of England Pensions Board Housing Department seeks a detail-oriented Business Operations Officer to maintain data integrity, run reports and support improvements across housing services. You will work with Housing, Finance, Technology and external partners to ensure accurate information drives effective decision-making.

The role involves using QL, SAP and Dynamics, with a focus on data quality, UAT, and cross-departmental support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with business systems and databases, including extracting, analysing and presenting data.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, investigate issues and maintain accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate/advanced) and other MS Office tooling for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and monitoring data across business systems to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Producing reports and management information to support decision-making (Excel and Power BI).
• Managing administration and monitoring of contractual, financial, loan and stakeholder reporting.
