Job summary

ExtraCare Charitable Trust invites an experienced housing professional to lead social housing compliance, resident engagement and regulatory assurance. The Housing & Resident Engagement Manager will shape strategies to meet Regulator of Social Housing standards across our retirement communities.

You will work with regional managers, housing partners and resident reps to embed compliant, resident‑centred practice and drive continuous improvement. Hybrid working in Coventry.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in housing management, resident engagement or a related social housing environment.
• Strong knowledge of the RSH framework, Consumer Standards and tenancy management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic lead for social housing regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain an effective housing compliance and assurance framework.
• Lead interpretation and implementation of Consumer Standards across services.
• Support locations with tenancy management activities in line with legislation and policy.
• Build relationships with housing partners to meet resident expectations.
• Stay up to date with social housing legislation and good practice.
