Job summary

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is looking for a Maitre d’ at Bellanger in Islington. You will manage smooth table allocations for walk-ins and bookings, coordinate guests’ requests with floor and kitchen, and help build a welcoming regular customer base from door to table and beyond.

This is a full-time role offering hourly pay of £17.39–£18.17 and access to group benefits, training, and staff discounts across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maître d’ or senior host in a busy restaurant.
• Proven ability to coordinate front-of-house with kitchen and bar.
• Strong guest relations and smooth flow management.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and communicate special requests to floor and kitchen.
