Job summary

Caprice Holdings Ltd seeks a poised Senior Host to join Sexy Fish’s front-of-house team in Mayfair. You will oversee daily dining operations, manage reservations, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a vibrant, luxury environment.

You will lead and mentor FOH staff, coordinate guest flow, address inquiries, and support events with a proactive, service-first mindset. Prior experience in busy high-end venues is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Host or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.

We are currently seeking a poised and experienced Senior Host to join our front-of-house team. As a Senior Host, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the dining experience, managing reservations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring high service standards.

• Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
