Sexy Fish Manchester is seeking a dedicated Reception Manager to lead the front-of-house team, oversee reservations, and contribute to our renowned hospitality. If you excel in managing guest flow, maintaining service standards, and mentoring staff, join our exceptional venue in Spinningfields.

You will oversee daily reception operations, coordinate OpenTable/SevenRooms, and collaborate with management on private events while upholding our inclusive, high-energy atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience as Reception Manager or similar front-of-house role in hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive operational approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate reservations, optimizing seating and guest flow.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house team. As the Reception Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing the reception area, managing reservations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, ensuring high service standards.
• Manage and coordinate reservations, optimizing seating arrangements and guest flow.
• Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
• Supervise and mentor reception staff, providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and administrative tasks.
