NFU Mutual is seeking a High Net Worth Technical Underwriter to shape underwriting strategy for the HNW product range, focusing on HNW Property and related risk features. You will translate appetite into practical guidance for agents and underwriters, using data-driven decisions to support sustainable growth.

The role sits in Head Office Underwriting and involves cross-functional collaboration with Pricing, Sales, Claims, and Product teams.

Formación

• HNW underwriting experience and knowledge of high net worth markets.
• Experience contributing to underwriting strategy and risk appetite.
• Ability to analyse portfolio performance using management information.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend and develop underwriting strategy for HNW product range.
• Define risk appetite and terms for high-value cases.
• Translate appetite into practical guidance for agents and underwriters.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Claims, Product, Regions and Marketing.
• Provide expert judgement on risk rates and rating logic.
