Qualifications

• Ideal experience in plant, lifting equipment or machinery hire sectors.
• Organised and commercially aware with accountability.
• Experience as Hire Controller, Hire Desk Manager or related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage two hire coordinators.
• Handle customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Process hire orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate equipment availability and customer requirements.
• Resolve customer queries and hire-related issues.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the hire desk.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
