Job summary

Genesis Research Group is seeking an Associate Director of HEOR Strategy & Partnerships to provide strategic consultation and scientific leadership across a broad range of HEOR projects. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and deliver evidence that supports product value and market access strategies.

The role emphasizes leadership in HEOR strategy, publication activities, and multi-project coordination within a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in health economic outcomes research or epidemiology with pharma industry consulting experience.
• Deep understanding of economic modelling in payer/HTA decision making.
• Proven ability to apply HEOR strategy to value dossier development and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation and leadership across HEOR evidence generation initiatives.
• Develop evidence solutions to support value and access strategies per project timelines and budgets.
• Foster client relationships and provide methodological design and HEOR strategy materials.
• Lead internal/external meetings and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to publications and conference posters; ensure high-quality deliverables.
