A leading company in Maidstone is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join their dynamic team. This role involves resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and mentoring junior staff. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm on a rota basis, HYBRID
2 days at home, 3 days in the office - after training
As part of our fast-paced and dynamic Helpdesk team, the role of Helpdesk Technician involves resolving printing, network, and service issues remotely, delivering efficient and effective customer service to our clients, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
