We’re looking for a Senior Service Desk Engineer to join our friendly, high-performing frontline team. You’ll be the first point of contact for all IT queries—from password resets to Active Directory access—so confidence, calm under pressure, and strong communication are essential.
Whether you're unlocking accounts, onboarding new starters, or helping with day-to-day tech issues, your work keeps the business running smoothly. You’ll learn loads on the job and gain exposure to areas like Infrastructure, Deskside Support, and InfoSec.
