• Assess ECWVTA vehicle applications with DVSA teams.
• Offer technical support to processing teams and advise operators, manufacturers and the public.
• Investigate solutions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate on new initiatives, standards and regulatory changes.
• Communicate clearly with customers to ensure accurate responses via the technical inbox.
• Support the Heavy Vehicle Processing Manager and represent DVSA at events.
• Maintain relevant databases as required.
