Job summary

Karbon Homes is seeking a Heating Compliance Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team ensuring heating servicing, compliance and safety across domestic and commercial properties. The role emphasises technical advisory capacity, governance, and continuous improvement within a regulated environment.

The successful candidate will oversee in-house teams and subcontractors, drive adherence to Gas Safe requirements and manage budgets while supporting transformation through ICT-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be dynamic with strong customer service and people management skills.
• Able to operate in a regulated environment and meet KPIs and budget targets.
• Willingness to undertake qualifications or top-ups as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers, compliance officers, in-house heating engineers and sub-contractors.
• Provide technical advice across service areas and ensure statutory heating compliance requirements are met.
• Act as Responsible Person for Gas Safe and maintain registrations and accreditations.
• Oversee heating servicing, repairs and asset management while driving efficiency and best practice.
