Qualifications

• Experience delivering compliant safety programmes in housing or social care settings.
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate into practical actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and improvement of compliance programmes across gas, electrical and fire safety.
• Prepare witness statements for court when required.
• Oversee audits, investigations and performance reporting to drive service improvements.
