Job summary

Elevate is partnering with a Wiltshire housing provider to appoint an experienced Gas Compliance Programme Manager to lead the delivery of its gas safety programme across the housing stock. This role sits in Property Services and covers domestic gas servicing, safety inspections, remedial works and associated compliance activity, delivered safely, on time and with robust audit trails.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing gas compliance programmes within social housing or similar property environments.
• Strong knowledge of domestic gas safety and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale gas servicing programmes across residential housing stock.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's gas safety compliance programme across its housing stock.
• Ensure annual gas servicing and inspections are completed within statutory timescales.
• Oversee delivery and monitoring of gas servicing, repairs and remedial works.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual, operational and compliance requirements.
• Review compliance data and ensure records are auditable.
• Provide assurance to senior management that statutory gas safety obligations are met.
