Karbon Homes is seeking a Heating Compliance Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for domestic and commercial heating servicing and repairs. You will be the lead officer for heating matters, ensuring compliance with legislation, safety standards, and best practices across the organisation.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage large budgets while embracing new ICT technologies.

Qualifications

• Must have a professional qualification in heating/compliance or be willing to achieve one.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a team of managers, compliance officers, in-house heating engineers and subcontractors delivering domestic and commercial heating servicing and repairs.
• Act as the lead officer for all heating matters, providing technical advice across service areas.
• Ensure all statutory heating compliance, health and safety and best practice requirements are met across the organisation.
• Undertake duties of Responsible Person for Gas Safe and maintain registrations and accreditations for heating work.
• Oversee training and qualification progression, with Karbon funding or top-up training where needed.
