Job summary

Stone Tide Recruitment is partnering with a growing healthcare technology company to appoint a Senior Business Development Representative to drive new business across the UK. This role is fully remote and permanent, with a base salary of £55,000–£65,000 plus commission and benefits.

You will engage NHS and private healthcare buyers, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and generate opportunities through outbound outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business or develop commercial relationships.
• Confidence communicating with decision-makers.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and picking up the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness, resilience and self-motivation.
• Genuine ambition to develop a long‑term career in business development.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and engaging potential customers across NHS, private healthcare and wider UK healthcare market.
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and strategic prospecting.
• Understanding customer challenges and identifying where technology solutions can add value.
• Qualifying opportunities and collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams.
• Developing the commercial knowledge and skills needed to progress into a BDM position.
