Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its healthcare team in London. You will lead complex healthcare construction projects from inception to completion and work in a hybrid office/site environment across London.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines, budgets and client relationships, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering healthcare construction projects.
• Experience in a consultancy or healthcare client environment.
• Understanding of healthcare estates and clinical environments.
• Experience administering NEC contracts; accreditation is desirable.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
• Commitment to chartership or professional development.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of healthcare construction projects within time, budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractors.
• Chair project meetings and manage communications and progress.
• Oversee procurement, tender documentation and contract administration.
• Monitor budgets, programmes, risks and resources with mitigation plans.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support business development.
