You will manage multidisciplinary design teams, coordinate clients and contractors, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development. The position requires previous consultancy or healthcare client experience and

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering healthcare construction projects.
• Experience in construction consultancy or healthcare client organisations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare estates and clinical environments.
• Experience with NEC contracts and contract administration.
• Leadership and client-facing capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of healthcare projects to meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Manage full lifecycle from planning to handover and procurement.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractors.
• Chair meetings and manage progress reporting, risk registers and deliverables.
• Support business development and tender submissions.
