Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships and drive projects forward with a proactive, commercially aware approach.

The successful candidate will have a track record across commercial and mixed-use developments, strong lifecycle understanding and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within a construction consultancy environment.
• Track record delivering projects across varied sectors.
• Experience within commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of the full development and construction lifecycle.
• A relevant construction/property qualification.
• MRICS, MAPM or similar would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Leading and coordinating consultant and contractor teams.
• Managing programmes, budgets, risk and project reporting.
• Overseeing procurement and delivery strategies.
• Chairing project meetings and driving actions forward.
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identifying issues early and ensuring projects remain on track.
• Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.
