You will own projects from inception to handover, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors while maintaining budgets and timelines.

You will mentor junior staff and contribute to ongoing growth, development and client relationships, with clear progression toward Associate level within a collaborative, supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects from inception to completion.
• Background in construction consultancy with public sector projects.
• Strong procurement, contracts and project delivery knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of construction projects across the public sector.
• Manage feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Act as main client contact and build relationships.
• Oversee programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and contractors.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Support business growth and success.
