Job summary

Practice Plus Group is hiring a Senior Administrator to join the Health in Justice team at HMP Leeds in West Yorkshire. You will provide senior admin support to the healthcare team and the prison, handling a range of office tasks, data, and telephone calls.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, with a salary between £29,264 and £33,510 depending on experience. Opportunities for development and sector-specific induction are available.

Qualifications

• NVQ 2 Business Administration or equivalent (desirable).
• Experience with office routines and meetings/appointments.
• Experienced minute taker and clear written/oral communication.
• Healthcare environment experience (desirable).
• Line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior administrative support to healthcare team and prison.
• Manage and delegate tasks within the admin team; lead meetings.
• Handle data, referrals, finance, and reporting to IT systems.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and office duties.
