Job summary

Practice Plus Group in Leeds is seeking a Data Lead to join a category B male prison site. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a salary up to £33,510 depending on experience.

Responsibilities include autonomous reporting, data extraction from SystmOne, and data quality checks, with strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery. Candidates need UK work rights and vetting will apply.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint).
• Intermediate to advanced SystmOne knowledge, ideally Prison Module.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of the NHS and Prison environment.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Smartcards.
• Organised and methodical.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously produce accurate reporting using Excel templates in line with policies.
• Extract and present accurate data from the Prison Healthcare computer system and perform data quality checks.
• Feedback & report data to the site and regional team.
• Carry out system searches / reports and enter data accurately.
