An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Endoscopy Unit for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The Endoscopy Unit within the NHS Foundation Trust is JAG accredited, delivering diagnostic and therapeutic interventions across three rooms.
The main focus of this role is to provide high-quality clinical services within the Endoscopy Unit. The post holder should be motivated, a team player, and an excellent communicator, capable of supporting the team in daily operations. Training will be ongoing.
Responsibilities include assisting qualified nursing staff and consultants in delivering direct and indirect patient care during procedures, supporting patient transitions, and undertaking clinical procedures with knowledge of related activities and complications. The role requires excellent organization, independence, and communication skills.
