A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Endoscopy Unit for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team.
The Endoscopy Unit within the NHS Foundation Trust is JAG accredited. It features a 3-room Endoscopy unit providing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions to patients.
The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality clinical services related to procedures within the Endoscopy Unit. The post holder must be motivated, capable of working as part of a well-established team, and an excellent communicator who can support daily operations.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We seek highly motivated individuals committed to delivering high standards of care and developing a portfolio of evidence in Endoscopy. Training will be provided.
In this role, you will assist qualified nursing staff and consultants in delivering quality clinical care to patients undergoing procedures within Endoscopy. You will work independently within defined limits and use your initiative, with remote supervision from senior staff.
Your responsibilities include:
You need to be highly organized, able to work independently, and an effective communicator to support the team in the day-to-day operations of the unit.
