Soho House in London is seeking a Head Waiter to lead front-of-house service, delivering superb dining experiences for our members and guests. You will oversee floor operations, guide staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure consistency with the club’s high standards.

With 2–3 years in a high-end dining setting and strong leadership, you will greet guests, take orders, advise on menus and wine, and supervise the team to maintain impeccable service and discretion for VIP guests.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and engage guests on seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, noting allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct order delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and wine pairings.
• Maintain exceptional table service; regularly top up water, wine and beverages.
• Ensure a pristine environment with set-up and reset of tables and cleanliness.
• Lead and supervise daily floor service and train the waitstaff.
