Oakland Care is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Head Chef to lead the catering operations in two of our luxury care homes. As a Senior Head Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, nutritious, and appealing meals for our residents while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

This role requires adaptability and a strong understanding of financial management, quality assurance, and team building. You will be rotating between two care homes.

Location: Elsyng House, 1 Forty Hill, Enfield EN2 9HT

Hours: 40 hours per week - rota over 5 days including weekends and bank holidays

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What you need to succeed:

• Impeccable leadership and communication skills.
• Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and experience delivering high-quality service as a Head Chef is essential.
• Experience in recruiting, inducting, and training your own team.
