As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for raising the bar and setting the standards across your kitchen. Playing a key part in the pub management team, you’ll strive to create memorable experiences that leave our guests wanting to come back for more. As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Maintaining clear communication with your team and wider pub team.
  • Creating a positive and energetic kitchen atmosphere.
  • Taking pride in the meals produced by you and your team.
  • Achieving high standards in safety, food quality, and speed of service.
