Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Role Involves:

* Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week, across 5 days including weekends/bank holidays)
* Rotating between two luxury care homes
* Leading and managing the kitchen and dining services
* Designing and delivering high-quality, nutritious menus
* Managing procurement, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
* Recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff
* Creating a welcoming and family-style dining experience for residents

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
* Experience as a Head Chef in a care or hospitality setting
* Knowledge of therapeutic diets and dietary requirements
* Proven track record in team development and operational management
