Job summary

Hexaware Technologies seeks a seasoned HCM Solution Architect to lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation’s HCM workstream. You will drive architecture, integration strategy, and program delivery across SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role focuses on ECC to SuccessFactors migration, complex integrations, and managing delays in customization builds, with a leadership role in testing and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors.
• At least 3 full-cycle implementations in SF programmes.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SuccessFactors programmes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules listed in the job description.
• Experience migrating from ECC to SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate the end-to-end HCM architecture within the S/4HANA ecosystem.
• Lead the design and integration of HCM modules including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruitment, Performance and Goals Management.
• Ensure robust integration with SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud and non-SAP systems.
• Oversee configuration and customization of HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration and data flow issues across platforms.
• Lead the HCM workstream through testing and deployment lifecycle including Integration Testing, UAT, OAT, Cutover, Go-Live.
