Job summary

Falcon Smart IT is seeking a seasoned HCM Solution Architect to lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation workstream. You will drive end-to-end HCM architecture, integrate Employee Central and Payroll with Ariba, Concur, and analytics layers, and ensure alignment with finance and non-SAP systems.

You will manage the full testing and deployment lifecycle, address delays in build/configuration, and engage stakeholders through workshops and governance forums. Strong EU/global rollout experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SuccessFactors programs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules listed above.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Concur, and integration with S/4HANA Finance.
• Proven track record in ECC to SuccessFactors migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate the end-to-end HCM architecture within the S/4HANA ecosystem.
• Lead the design and integration of HCM modules including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruitment, Performance and Goals Management.
• Ensure robust integration with SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud, and non-SAP systems.
• Oversee configuration and customization of HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration and data flow issues across platforms.
• Lead the HCM workstream through the full testing and deployment lifecycle: Integration Testing, UAT, OAT, Dress Rehearsals, Cutover Planning and Go-Live Support.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies, especially with current delays in build/configuration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HCM-related topics across business and IT teams.
• Facilitate workshops, testing sessions, and decision-making forums.
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies for HCM processes.

Job description

We are seeking a seasoned HCM Solution Architect to lead the Human Capital Management (HCM) workstream within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP HCM architecture, integration strategy, and program delivery, with a strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies across Finance, Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, Concur, and non-SAP systems.

The program is currently entering Integration Testing, with delays in customization build and configuration. The candidate will play a critical role in managing these challenges, ensuring integration readiness, and supporting the transition from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and validate the end-to-end HCM architecture within the S/4HANA ecosystem.

Lead the design and integration of HCM modules including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruitment, Performance and Goals Management.

Ensure robust integration with: SAP Ariba (Procurement), SAP Concur (Travel & Expense), S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud, Upstream and downstream non-SAP systems

Oversee configuration and customization of HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration and data flow issues across platforms.

Program Management:

Lead the HCM workstream through the full testing and deployment lifecycle: Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operations Acceptance Testing (OAT), Dress Rehearsals, Cutover Planning and Go-Live Support

Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies, especially in light of current delays in build/configuration.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for HCM-related topics across business and IT teams.

Required Skills & Experience:
