Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions Ltd seeks a seasoned HCM Solution Architect to lead the HCM workstream in a large SAP S/4HANA transformation, delivering architecture, integration strategy, and program delivery across SAP and non-SAP systems.

You will drive end-to-end HCM design, manage integration readiness, and guide ECC to SuccessFactors migrations while coordinating with Finance, Procurement, Ariba, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors with 3+ full-cycle implementations.
• Proven Solution Architect for SuccessFactors programs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Concur and integration with S/4HANA Finance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate end-to-end HCM architecture within the S/4HANA ecosystem.
• Lead design and integration of HCM modules including Employee Central and Payroll.
• Ensure robust integration with SAP and non-SAP systems across the program.
• Lead the HCM workstream through testing and deployment life cycle (I(T) testing, UAT, OAT, go-live support).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
