Job summary

Falcon Smart IT Limited is seeking an experienced HCM Solution Architect to lead the HCM workstream within a large SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will drive end-to-end HCM architecture, design and oversee integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, and manage testing and cutover activities.

The role requires 10+ years in SuccessFactors with at least 3 full-cycle implementations, strong program delivery skills, and excellent stakeholder management to navigate complex multi-system environments in

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and 3 full-cycle implementations.
Strong architecture, integration design, and program delivery skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Experience migrating from ECC to SuccessFactors and integrating with non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Define and validate end-to-end HCM architecture within the S/4HANA ecosystem.
Lead design and integration of HCM modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruitment, Performance & Goals).
Oversee integration with SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud, and non-SAP systems.
Manage testing phases (Integration Testing, UAT, OAT, Dress Rehearsals) and cutover planning.
