Job summary

Alexander Ash Consulting seeks a seasoned HCM Solution Architect / Program Manager to lead the HCM workstream in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. You will define target HCM architecture, manage cross-functional dependencies and lead the transformation lifecycle.

The role requires deep SAP HCM expertise, strong integration strategy, and the ability to drive design governance and delivery across SAP and non-SAP platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an SAP HCM Solution Architect or HCM Programme Lead.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM architecture and end-to-end HR processes.
• Proven experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HCM workstream within a large SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Define the target HCM solution architecture and ensure alignment with transformation strategy.
• Own HCM architecture, solution design and integration strategy across the programme.
• Manage dependencies and integration points between HCM and Finance, Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud and Concur.
• Define and oversee integrations between SAP HCM and non-SAP systems and third-party apps.
• Provide architectural leadership across HCM processes, data, applications and technology.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions with stakeholders.
