Atlas Workplace Services Limited is seeking an experienced Contract Manager (Hard Services) to lead the delivery of integrated hard FM on a single-site contract near Oxford. This senior role requires strong leadership, financial accountability, and a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

You will manage a site-based team of engineers and specialist subcontractors, ensure all contractual obligations and KPI targets are met, and drive continuous service improvements while maintaining excellent

Formación

• Leadership experience in multi-discipline service delivery.
• P&L responsibility and financial targets.
• 3+ years direct management of corporate customers.
• Experience using management information for decisions.
• 3+ years managing Hard FM or multi-service ops.
• 3+ years with CAFM systems (Planon or similar).
• Knowledge of SFG20 and permits to work.
• NEBOSH/IOSH safety accreditation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard FM services and ensure contractual KPI compliance.
• Build strong client and subcontractor relationships while driving improvements.
• Oversee maintenance operations including planned, reactive and project works.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure best-practice maintenance strategies.
• Lead site inspections and performance reviews to identify opportunities.
• Manage P&L and provide detailed reports to client and stakeholders.
