Job summary

Pareto FM in London is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to own Hard FM/M&E contracts, lead engineering teams and manage client relationships, budgets and KPIs.

You will plan maintenance programmes, supervise subcontractors, ensure safety and compliance, and drive service improvements while maintaining strong financial performance.

This hands‑on role requires practical M&E knowledge and strong communication to coordinate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Hard FM / M&E contracts.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience with maintenance delivery, PPM and statutory compliance.
• Budget management, SLAs and KPIs knowledge.
• Leadership of engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take operational and commercial ownership of Hard FM contracts.
• Manage planned and reactive M&E maintenance delivery.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Lead Supervisors, Engineers and Contract Support.
• Plan maintenance programmes and ensure on-time PPM.
• Manage subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Use simPRO effectively to manage maintenance activity.
• Prepare quotations for M&E works.
• Hold client meetings and produce monthly performance reports.
• Maintain H&S, RAMS, permit-to-work processes.
• Drive service improvements and contract growth.
