TONI&GUY is hiring stylists all levels to join our salon team in a dynamic environment. With 3+ years of salon experience, you will deliver bespoke hairdressing experiences, including cuts, styles, and colour transformations for clients.

We offer a generous commission, ongoing training at our London Academy, 28 days holiday, pension, and staff perks. You will mentor apprentices and promote the TONI&GUY brand while building a loyal client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience on the salon floor.
• Ability to deliver precise cuts and styles.
• Exceptional customer service and client relationships.
• Mentor and inspire apprentices.
• Able to manage a busy schedule and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY experience for each client.
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending colour services and promoting products.
• Mentor and inspire apprentices and embody the TONI&GUY brand.
• Champion the TONI&GUY brand status and promote its reputation.
