Job summary

TONI&GUY is seeking a Technical Stylist in the United Kingdom to join our salon team. You will deliver cutting‑edge hairstyles and colour transformations while building a loyal client base.

The role offers up to 40 hours per week across five days, a basic salary of £15–£18 per hour or 40%–45% commission, access to London Academy education programs, 28 days of paid holidays pro rata and regular staff perks. Rent allowance is provided for the first 12 months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience on the salon floor.
• Expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY experience for each client.
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending colour services and promoting product sales.
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the TONI&GUY brand.
• Promote and maintain the brand reputation and visitour education opportunities.
