Qualifications

• 2+ years salon floor experience.
• Expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques (cuts, colours, styles).
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with strong service orientation.
• Strong time management to handle a busy schedule and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver TONI&GUY hairdressing experiences.
• Grow and maintain your client base with loyalty focus.
• Recommend colour services and promote product sales through product knowledge.
• Mentor apprentices and embody the TONI&GUY brand in the salon.
• Promote and uphold the TONI&GUY reputation as a premium brand.
• Access comprehensive training opportunities at our TONI&GUY Academy.
