Job summary

EDITED is seeking a Senior GTM Operations Manager to own the strategy, data architecture and day-to-day operation of the revenue systems that power EDITED's go-to-market motion. You will connect marketing, sales and customer success, turning data into actionable insights for leadership.

Reporting to the CRO, this role operates with autonomy and ownership, balancing a lean budget while delivering end-to-end GTM processes, dashboards, and attribution. Hybrid UK-based role with remote options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM or marketing operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep HubSpot expertise and marketing automation.
• Experience with B2B SaaS revenue models.
• Strong data-to-insight capability.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day HubSpot admin and data integrity.
• Develop and optimize HubSpot workflows for pipeline growth.
• Maintain lead scoring and routing to sales.
• Manage webinars in Demio and data flow.
• Administer Gong and other tools.
• Maintain data integrations across systems.
• Create dashboards and reports on performance.
• Partner with marketing, sales and CS on GTM planning.
