New Relic is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the technical and automation engine behind our GTM organization. You will influence strategy, orchestrate cross-functional delivery, and scale systems to support rapid growth.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs, build dashboards, and drive adoption through enablement and change management. This remote/hybrid role offers flexible workplaces.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations or GTM systems architecture.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data flows and integrations with BI tools.
• Ability to write detailed user stories and manage delivery in Agile/Scrum.

Aufgaben

• Own GTM technology roadmap and automate workflows across Salesforce, Clay and Salesloft.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and lead UAT testing plans.
• Define system metrics, build dashboards, and ensure a single source of truth.
• Create enablement docs and drive change management for field adoption.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales Ops and Customer Adoption to streamline rules.
