Job summary

Perk is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own the GTM tech stack, architecture and automation across SDR, AE and AM. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and lead a senior team across Europe and North America, while hands-on building in Clay and integrating modern tools.

You will balance technical delivery with commercial impact, shaping how automation drives revenue and efficiency at scale within a $300M+ GTM business.

Qualifications

• Deep background in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering or related function in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in GTM Engineering with scalable systems used by hundreds of sellers.
• Experience as builder and leader, capable of hands-on coding and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM engineering strategy and stack architecture across CRM, enrichment, signal, orchestration and data layers.
• Build and ship production-grade automation, tables, AI columns, webhooks, and API integrations.
• Automate SDR, AE, and AM workflows to increase selling time and data quality.
• Translate commercial problems into technical architecture and measurable outcomes.
• Build and mentor a small, senior team across Europe and North America.
