Job summary

Perk is building the automation layer for a $300M+ revenue business. You will own GTM engineering end-to-end, shaping the stack, architecture, and what gets built to accelerate revenue.

You will work with Sales leadership and VP Revenue Operations to deliver high-impact projects quarterly. You will lead a small senior team across Europe and North America, guiding and coaching engineers while delivering across SDR, AE and AM processes.

Qualifications

• Deep background in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering or Sales Systems in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM engineering strategy and the stack, defining architecture and what gets built.
• Build and ship in Clay: tables, enrichment, AI columns and API integrations.
• Automate SDR, AE and AM workflows to save time and accelerate revenue.
• Bridge commercial and technical outputs to deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead and grow a senior cross‑regional team across Europe and North America.
