Job summary

Perk is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own the end-to-end GTM stack and architecture. You will lead a senior team across Europe and North America, collaborating with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Data teams to reduce manual work and accelerate revenue growth.

You will design production-grade pipelines, guide tooling choices, and translate commercial goals into scalable technical solutions that drive measurable impact for a 800-person revenue organization.

Qualifications

• Deep background across Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or adjacent technical commercial function in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in GTM Engineering at real scale—systems used by hundreds of sellers.
• Time as both a builder and a leader; able to guide and coach a senior team.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM engineering architecture and data layers.
• Decide tooling strategy and consolidation for ROI.
• Set roadmap with revenue leadership and data teams.
• Establish standards for version control, docs, testing, and rollback.
• Design and build in Clay: tables, enrichment, AI columns, API integrations.
• Own orchestration layer and GTM automation workflows.
• Write production code in Python, SQL, SOQL, or TypeScript.
• Automate SDR, AE, and AM workflows to save time and improve accuracy.
• Bridge commercial goals with technical outputs to drive revenue impact.
• Grow and mentor a small, senior team across Europe and North America.
