Job summary

Mercor is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate and improve AI agents in marketing workflows. You will help design and pressure-test the Paid Growth environments, including briefs, artifacts, and judgment criteria.

The role requires hands-on paid acquisition experience and fluency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, with a preference for candidates who have built AI training environments or simulated case studies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience with paid acquisition.
• Budget ownership and accountability for campaign results.
• Clear written reasoning in decision-making.
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from paid acquisition work, including what is being tested and the decision to reach.
• Specify the documents, dashboards, personas and tool states a realistic task requires.
• Write or review the reference answer and the criteria that separate strong responses from plausible ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own standard.
