Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in paid social or ecommerce performance marketing.
• Experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands via Meta advertising.
• Managing budgets of £100k+ per month on individual accounts.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce P&Ls and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial growth strategy for assigned brands.
• Lead paid social strategy and execution across accounts.
• Collaborate with creative team on testing roadmaps and offers.
• Manage client relationships and present strategic recommendations.
• Help shape growth and paid social team through mentorship.
