Job summary

OnCommerce is seeking a senior, highly analytical performance marketer to drive a six-month transformation. You will own data-driven optimisation across Meta, Google Shopping, and affiliates, identifying profitable growth, segmentation, and efficient spend.

The role requires an operator mindset and the ability to move quickly with minimal direction. You will work with large product catalogs, measure CPC, conversion, margin and profitability, and collaborate with data science for propensity

Qualifications

Senior-level, hands-on performance/growth marketing experience.
Strong e-commerce background with large product catalogs.
Advanced practical use of AI tools such as Claude for analysis and productivity.
Experience with Google Shopping and Meta/Facebook/Instagram paid acquisition.
Ability to analyze product profitability and marketing wastage.

Responsibilities

Analyse marketing channels to identify wastage and growth opportunities.
Identify profitable growth opportunities across channels, products and audiences.
Improve segmentation, cohorts and propensity analysis with data science collaboration.
Monitor and optimise CPC, conversion and contribution for profitability.
Raise visibility with reporting, monitoring and alerts to catch issues early.
